There has been much speculation about whether the NFL great, Peyton Manning, used Human Growth Hormone (HGH) during his career. This is a difficult question to answer because it is not definitively known whether or not Manning ever took any type of performance-enhancing drugs, or what substances he may have taken if he did.
Throughout his career as a professional football player, Manning was publicly committed to working out and staying physically fit. However, there are reports that some of these workouts may have included taking supplements and/or drugs that could be considered performance-enhancing.
One example of this speculation came in 2015 when an Al Jazeera report linked Manning and other elite athletes to the use of HGH. In the report, Charlie Sly, an anti-aging specialist who had worked with numerous top athletes and teams, alleged that he had secretly supplied several NFL players with banned substances such as HGH. Although Manning denied any involvement and sued Al Jazeera for defamation after the report went public, many questioned whether he had used banned substances during his career.
In addition to this incident in 2015, there has been further speculation about Manning’s potential use of HGH due to him being connected to two other medical facilities – The Guyer Institute in Indiana and The Steadman Clinic in Colorado – both of which have treated athletes for performance-related injuries using potentially prohibited methods such as stem cell infusions that involve extracted animal products or growth hormones.
However, none of these connections prove definitively that Manning took any form of performance enhancing drugs like HGH; they are simply speculative. There is no direct evidence linking him to any kind of usage whatsoever. Furthermore, at every stage during his career Manning passed all drug tests administered by the NFL and never tested positive for any prohibited substance or drug.
The best way we can answer this question definitively is by looking at past examples where athletes were actually caught taking banned substances or performing practices associated with taking them such as blood transfusions or injections with unknown drugs like those mentioned previously. We can consider those scenarios and then draw our own conclusions based on their outcomes when applied to the case surrounding Peyton's potential usage of hormone replacements such as Human Growth Hormone (HGH).
On one hand, it could be argued that due to the fact that no one has ever proven definitively that Peyton used Human Growth Hormone (HGH), then it's impossible for us to know whether or not he did take any form of performance enhancing substances during his career - even if there are allegations made against him from time to time. On the other hand however, there is also a possibility that since some athletes have received sanctions for doing so in similar situations before then it's possible Peyton may have done something similar either knowingly or unknowingly in order to stay competitive throughout his long professional football career.
Regardless though it appears more likely than not that whatever potential use Peyton might have engaged in regarding growth hormones would've been outside the boundaries set by NFL regulations – meaning there's very little chance he would receive any kind of significant sanction from league authorities if found guilty today due largely in part because language pertaining specifically too this issue wasn't included in policy until after his retirement from football following Super Bowl 50 in February 2016 - a full seven years after Sly's claims first arose..

To conclude - while many questions still remain unanswered surrounding this topic there doesn't seem be sufficient evidence available right now proving beyond doubt whether or not Peyton actually took Human Growth Hormone (HGH) while playing American Football; although some circumstantial evidence exists suggesting he could have done so either knowingly or unknowingly depending on what sources are believed most credible .
